I’m so happy with my stay at Citadines—it exceeded my expectations for a value hotel. The staff were genuinely helpful and professional, the facilities were clean, and the breakfast was surprisingly good. Loved the comfy bed and strong water pressure in the shower. It’s officially my new favorite place to stay in Makati. Amazing value!

Solo traveler, enjoyed a 4 night stay at this hotel and would pick it again. Location- having the massive shopping centre within walking distance was a bonus as it rained heavily every day, quick access to the airport, felt safe walking around on my own. Room cleanliness and facilities were good. All staff greeted guests all the time. Restaurant staff were particularly friendly, less so reception. Feedback- requested a room away from the lift when booking and did not receive it, lots of noise from other guests. Enquired about a repetitive knocking noise in my room and told someone would investigate- no one did. Coffee in room was not replenished during my stay. Too many mosquitoes in the restaurant- was bitten each day. Music in the restaurant enjoyable but too loud.

A good hotel with a nice pool area. Sometimes it gets a bit too noisy because they start cleaning other rooms very early. Breakfast is good, but it ends too early. What I don’t understand is why they close the gym at 10 p.m., along with the pool and even the rooftop area. Most of us come for business and need to stay in shape, so if you arrive late and want to train, you should be able to. By 9:40 p.m., the gym is already closed. If I want to use the rooftop just to work on my laptop, I can’t do that either. These are rules that make no sense and just end up frustrating guests. By the way, the quality of the new flip-flops is really poor. Also, the curtains don’t block out the light in the morning, and some rooms with windows don’t have curtains at all. That said, it’s a hotel I like and one with a lot of potential. Plus, staff is really nice and kind. If they fixed these small things, I’d probably come back.
