Citadines Berawa Beach Bali Resort

Citadines was one of my favorite stays during the trip! The hotel itself is very spacious and very clean, the rooms are great and felt very homey. There are two pools, both of which were really nice. This was also the only place we stayed that had a gym included which was also a big pro. The food and drinks at the hotel were really good and reasonably priced for the area. The staff are very friendly and even let us have a bit of a late checkout! I have no complaints at all. Would definitely stay here again!

The spa was absolutely perfect—peaceful, professional, and exactly what I needed to relax and unwind. It truly elevated the entire experience. What truly made the stay memorable was the incredible service. Every staff member I interacted with was kind, professional, and went out of their way to ensure I felt welcome and taken care of. Their hospitality really made me feel at home. My only suggestion for improvement would be the breakfast—it could be a bit more varied and flavorful. With such high standards elsewhere, I believe the morning meal has the potential to match the rest of the hotel’s excellence.
