This was a phenomenal stay for our group in Tokyo. Price was great, the location is right in the thick of shinjuku, train station is super close, and it was right above a Lawson which was a major plus for us. Rooms are smaller but this was to be expected and we thought there was plenty room. Also, was very pleased with the bathrooms. The staff was incredibly helpful and a delight to interact with. Would recommend staying here.

I recently stayed at Citadines Central Shinjuku and overall it was a solid experience. The location is definitely the highlight. It's right in the heart of Shinjuku with plenty of convenience stores, restaurants, and shops just a short walk away. The train station is also close, which made getting around Tokyo really easy. The rooms are pretty small though, so if you prefer having more space, this place might not be for you. But if you're mainly here to explore the city and just need a clean and comfortable spot to sleep, it works perfectly.

Stayed for 8 nights in July 2025 Overall a great pick in my opinion it's the best priced room with good reviews and nice rooms I found in Shinjuku/Shibuya, Staff are nice and helpful, rooms are a decent size considering we're in Tokyo, the self serve coffee machine in the lobby is great I'll miss it, the only negative about staying here was the street its on, there's a lot of clubs/bars with promoters on the sidewalks everywhere you turn at night and will try to get you to come inside with them, I didn't feel like I was in danger or anything but just be aware of the African men standing around the same places on the sidewalks that try to get you in the clubs. Might not be the best for families. Of course this isn't a fault of the hotel though. If you're a people watcher like me ask for a room on the main street side, there's people out 24/7 and you see some very interesting unique individuals! 😁
