Great hotel close to the railway station. The staff is helpful. The rooms are very modern, clean, and the breakfast is very complete, you can try many German breads. They have lactose free, gluten free and vegan options.

Fantastic stay at this hotel earlier this December. Room was clean and modern. All the amenities that I need were available. The only bugbear was the tower dryer that wasn't working but I'm not going to lose any sleep over that. Location was acceptable as it's right beside Skyline Plaza and it's around 10 mins to the nearest U Bahn station. The only slight disappointment was the lack of coordination between the system and staff for my stay. I have prepaid for one day housekeeping as well as early check in before I arrived into Frankfurt. However, when checking in, the reception staff didn't seem to see my housekeeping request in the system. He mentioned he'll get back to me once his manager is in, but I didn't receive any more follow up to that. In the end, I'd to request again on another day for housekeeping to be done. I had also requested for late check out at the reception as it was not automatically given to me as an ASR Gold member. Despite my late check out being acknowledged, my card access was automatically disabled at 11am that day and I wasn't able to access the hotel nor my room until I have to ask reception to sort it out for me. This is the main letdown for my entire stay at this property.

Great location to stay as it's very near to the hbf train station n not too far from the airport. They are also surrounded by residential apartments which make it very safe. Mall in front of it is a very good shopping options. The mall doesn't open on Sundays. Everything is great
