The staff at this hotel where amazing, Thank you for all your help it was truly appreciated.

Room was fabulous; furniture was beautiful, kitchenette was an amazing addition and bathroom was luxurious. However there was an unusual fishy smell that we couldn’t shake due to the lack of functional windows but didn’t affect us too much. Friendly and helpful staff on check in. English speaking. On check out managers/supervisors and receptionists seemed to be having an extremely loud heated argument. Amenities were lovely, pool/sauna just across the courtyard, accessible from 8-8 and never saw anyone else in there so just felt like our very own private leisure area. Location was fab, just a short tram ride away from the city center.

Don’t be fooled into thinking that this is a spa hotel,it isn’t, when we googled a spa hotel for New Year’s Eve this one came up, but unfortunately the small pool and steam room is in a completely different building opposite underneath an old people’s residence and too get to it, you have to cross an uncovered courtyard with all your gear. There is no mention of the spa on signs in the hotel,and it’s only at reception that they tell you where it is,no thick white fluffy dressing gown and slippers supplied like a normal spa and and oasis of relaxation waiting at the end of a lift ride down to the ground floor. Nope, you have to walk through a foyer of old people playing cards before said oasis. The hotel itself is lovely and can’t fault it, friendly staff, clean and beautiful decorated rooms, just a shame it’s didn’t live up to our full expectations.
