Citadines Connect Georgetown Penang

I had a lovely stay here! My room was located in block B just down the street, but they were very helpful to bring my luggage there for me. The rooftop pool was great, fitness center very small. My room was very clean and the bed was so comfy, no view but that’s okay. 10/10 service as well, I’d definitely come again! Location is on a cute street and very close to Love Land and Armenian Street.

The room was clean and comfortable which made for a pleasant stay. There was just a small issue with the bidet in the toilet as it was not working properly. The reception staff were somewhat unfriendly. While we don’t expect a warm greeting every time, a simple smile or eye contact would have made a difference instead we often felt overlooked. We appreciated that the bellman was very courteous and helpful. He assisted with our luggages and was consistently friendly whenever we entered or left the hotel which we really appreciated. Overall, our stay was decent though there is room for improvement in both the friendliness of the front desk staff and maintenance.

Security wise is good. Brightness in room is good. Comfortable bed. Every floor with purified water dispenser. Gym & pool addional points. Cons: Soundproofing badly, especially room door open & close, banging sound is loud. Parking is NOT free for guest, daily charge basis.
