Great location, right next to the metro. Very close to the river as well, easy access to everything. The facilities are great, room is super clean and modern. The whole staff team are super friendly and helpful, very welcoming and makes me feel like home. Would highly recommend anyone who comes visit Vienna!
I was already familiar with this hotel, as I stayed here last summer, and when I started planning my new trip to Vienna, I was absolutely sure about my choice of accommodation. We loved everything, but most of all the convenient location — close to the metro, a grocery store, and a large shopping center. The first time, we stayed in a one-room apartment since there were just two of us. This time, we booked a two-room family apartment. The rooms are very cozy, modern, and equipped with everything you need. We were especially pleased with the cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel overall. I would also like to highlight the friendly staff, who are truly the gem of this place. Thank you for the warm welcome — it definitely makes us want to come back again and again💓
Amazing well equipped room with ample space. Ours was without a kitchen, a basic double bed. Room wise, we were quite happy except for some smaller issues with the TV and fridge. The TV does not have many English channels and was hanging a bit. We were able to use Chromecast and had a great experience thereafter. The fridge was very warm on day one, and we reported it. As it was night, nothing could be done and they said no technical help was available. Next day it was slightly cold, not sure if it was switched on when we checked in and therefore didn't work or was it just a bit faulty. There are lots of common areas and free tea/coffee downstairs. It's well connected with public transport, albeit a bit far out from the inner city. It is definitely a nice place if you are staying for longer. Our only major issue was with our check in. The staff at reception did not explain anything at check in as they we saw they were doing with others. Basic information like common services, how to operate the lift and available tea/coffee/water. It probably not all staff, because we did get help later on for our luggage storage etc. However, that check in experience threw us off a bit about the place initially and got us questioning if the high price justifies the overall customer service. In the end, we would say we liked the infrastructure but some enhance customer service would be nice.
