A bit far from the center, but the bus stop is just 10-15 min walk, for travelers with a car there is a safe underground parking lot. Room was spacious, had an amazing terrace and big bathroom. Only comment about the bed - two blankets will be better than one 😉 Spa area was fine, not overloaded, loved the pool massage options. Hamam was unfortunately out of order, but sauna was nice 😊 Wished that some of the employees will be a bit more friendly to tourists who don’t speak French.
The hotel was decent overall, but we were really disappointed with the swimming pool situation — which was the main reason we booked this place. When we arrived, we were told the pool costs €10 per person, per hour, which is outrageous, just because we booked through booking.com. If you’re a group of 3 and want to use the pool for a few hours, it ends up costing more than the room itself. Worse still, this charge wasn’t clearly stated in the main listing — it’s hidden in a separate section at the very bottom, not in the main description, even though the pool is heavily featured in the photos. It feels very misleading. Also, the pool is only open from 9 AM to 8 PM, which is frustrating for early risers who’d like to swim in the morning before breakfast or check-out. If you’re booking this hotel for the pool — be warned: it’s expensive, limited, and not included unless you read the fine print.
The receptionists are nice and attentive trying their best to be helpful. However, some of the restaurant's staff need excessive training. The lady with blond balayage cleaned our table aggressively technically smashing stuff on her tray as we still had food on the table. She chose to stand next to plated that were jusy filled with food and held everything she wanted to clean on top of the coffee we wanted to drinkk and literally complained that there are a lot of glasses on the table 🤣 Are we supposed to swallow the glasses after we drink or what? We were a group of 6 having their first meal of the day what are you expecting exactly? Extremely disturbing behavior to start one's day with when on a vacation.
