Fabulous hotel for the end of our holiday. Would be an ideal location for anyone heading on a cruise or visiting the harbour area. Staff were super helpful and polite. We had an executive twin with a beautiful harbour view to wake up to on our last morning in Japan. Room was spotless and super comfortable with every amenity you could possibly need. Would love to visit again.
Citadines is right near the train station. Great harbour views. Great coffee options. Guest lounge with hot drink options. Spacious room, not cramped at all. Comfy bed. Kitchenette. Microwave. Near the cruise ship terminal. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. We would definitely stay here again.
We had a great one-night stay at this hotel prior to going on a cruise at the port. It's an ideal location for pre or post cruise if your cruise line docks at the Osanbashi Pier as it's a very easy 5 minute walk from the hotel to the terminal (even with your luggage.) In fact our room had a view of the pier and we could see our ship from our hotel window when we woke up on departure morning. The room was nice enough for a one night stay. It felt modern enough in decor and style. It was very clean and the bathroom and shower served our needs well. The staff was very friendly and happy to have us. They encouraged us to join the free loyalty program so we could take advantage of the later checkout perk (ideal so we could have extra time in the morning to explore one or 2 nearby attractions before having to check out and go to the cruise terminal. There is a lot to do nearby including the Yokohama Chinatown (lots to eat there and fun to look at) and the nearby Sill Museum all within easy walking distance of the hotel. Our stay included breakfast at the connected Coffee Kan cafe on the corner of the hotel building which included a nice buffet of both Japanese and western foods along with really good coffee. This was an excellent choice for being as close as possible to the cruise terminal and would be a great base to explore more of Yokohama.
