We got an upgrade to a one bedroom apartment which was very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was excellent, good value and peaceful in a pleasant lounge area. Great location.
In the middle of the hustle and bustle of London but in a unique spot where there is no noise! Very nice hotel room. The free coffee is great!
Positive - the location is good. They have a laundry room where you can do your own laundry. The room is spacious enough. Breakfast is good. Negative - the staff lacks skill in customer service. They are not friendly that they even sounded rude and condescending when talking to you. We have requested for a late checkout and each time we talked to someone they seemed to made us feel that it was a ridiculous request. Another thing is this was advertised as a hotel when we booked it, but when we checked in we were told that they don’t clean the room. We stayed for 5 nights - there was no cleaning implements in the room. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you’re staying for more than a night.
