Rooms are bigger and more equipped than expected (fully equipped mini-kitchen including a small dishwasher). Good view over the place / Fontaine des Innocents. Could get a little louder at night because of all the restaurants around. Probably a nightmare if you have to drive there, half the streets are pedestrian only. However, walking, metro, Uber/Taxi no problem. Would go there again.
Location is top tier. It is just on top of the train station, but 1 of their frontdesk staff is rude. He even overcharged us with breakfast (my brother-in-law emailed them) Rooms are clean, but the floor is kind of sticky. Lobby is ok, too. Breakfast buffet staff are welcoming. Good job to them! Actually, the other staff are very welcoming except that one guy (night shift guy, we stayed their May 22,23,24,25)
Terrible experience – absolutely do not recommend Service: 1/5 The staff was completely unhelpful and unfriendly throughout our stay. Asking for assistance felt like an inconvenience to them. Room: 1/5 Very poor quality. The floor was dirty from the moment we arrived, and to make matters worse, they wanted to charge us for cleaning it. The overall maintenance of the room and facilities is lacking and clearly neglected. Atmosphere: 1/5 There are ongoing construction and internal repairs happening inside the building starting at 8am, making it impossible to relax or sleep in peace. Constant noise throughout the day. Comfort / Do-it-yourself: 1/5 This place operates on a do-it-yourself model but provides no guidance whatsoever. You have to go find your own towels, change your sheets, and even bring cups from your room if you want coffee. Nothing is clearly labeled or explained — it’s just frustrating. Value for money: 0/5 The nightly rate is way too high for what this place actually offers. It’s not even close to being worth the price. Overall: I would never stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. There are far better options in Paris for the same or even lower price.
