Citadines Namba Osaka

Our recent stay was highly satisfactory, featuring spacious accommodations and a comprehensive range of amenities, including a gym, a children's playroom, and in-room microwaves. While the bathrooms were of a standard compact size, the hotel's proximity to major shopping destinations provided excellent convenience. We would certainly consider returning for future visits. Note one issue was the Internet, it was often not working and despite informing the staff little it was not resolved. Also halal options for breakfast would be helpful.

This is the perfect hotel when travelling with babies! Great location close to everything. Rooms were spacious and clean, comfortable bed, has a small kitchenette in the room. The best part is the kids room with ball pit. Our 9 month old loved it and we went there every day. The buffet breakfast was good and accommodating for gluten free food options. Highly recommend.

A refreshing change from so many hotels in Tokyo/Osaka. The rooms are the size a good hotel room should be, very clean and modern. The AC was silent and effective, bathroom was clean and the room had everything needed including hair dryer, iron, slippers, pajamas etc. Having water dispensers on every floor was super helpful. My only feed back would be if they could tie up with some parking facilities nearby ensuring some spots will be reserved for the hotel guests would be nice because I couldn’t parking in the vicinity.
