For this price you can’t find many better hotels in better locations! It’s super friendly staff with a fully equipped room, daily super friendly cleaning staff, free coffee in the lobby with even a smaller gym and pool. Also breakfast for only 250 baht is very nice, especially the awesome helpful ladies with ample choice of foods. All in all good price quality hotel that we would recommend for short or long stay.

Located a short walk away from BTS Asoke, Suhkumvit Metro Station and Terminal 21. 7/11 is right at the doorstep. There is also a few good massage place (Lek Massage and Thai Thai Massage) within a few minutes walk away. Rooms are basic but fully equipped with kitchen (with fridge, microwave, hood, hob and full utensils), work desk (with table lamp and universal charging socket). Aircon needs some servicing as it was quite noisy. Hot water takes quite too long to come. Free coffee and drinks served at the lobby for all guest. Gym and pool are basic but usable. Service is fantastic. Staffs are welcoming and greet you with a smile everytime we walk past the lobby. The daytime security guard is especially friendly and even helps to stop the traffic to let my aged mum cross the road safely. Highly recommended for a those looking for a value for money hotel at a convenient location.

The hotel is located in a perfect place. Only a few minutes away from MRT/BTS, Terminal 21, street vendors, 7 Eleven, restaurants and spa places etc. The room was very spacious, had a kitchenette, a desk and a sofa, and was furnished in a modern way. I really loved the staff at a hotel. They helped me when I needed to do laundry and provided me with a laundry rack free of charge. Even the security worker always greeted me with a smile every morning and night. I felt perfectly safe in the area. There was pool, gym and laundry room on the top floor. Pool was on a smaller side and the water was pretty cold, but it was refreshing to take a swim in the afternoon. The minor problem was AC, which was way too strong, even when I had it on high temperature. Unfortunately, when it was off, it was too warm in the room, so I had to periodically switch it on and off. Also, there seem to never be water in the water dispenser at the top floor, or maybe it was just my bad timing. I'd highly recommend this place.
