Room comes with mini pantry. Cooked our own breakfast throughout our 4 night stay. Just need to purchase simple ingredients like eggs, bread, etc from 7 eleven. Room cleaning/ towel change is done automatically daily. Good customer services. Lobby though small, but cosy with sofas n coffee. Cafe restaurant, pool, gym, laundry and tour package services available. Free tutuk service ride to/ back from main road (for train) for guests. Have to bring your own tooth brush/ paste unless u request at counter. Ask for non-smoking rooms for non smokers. Good experience. Recommended.
It's tucked away in a quiet spot, which is nice, but it does mean you're a bit of a hike from the main road (think 7-10 minutes on foot). There is tuk-tuk services. The rooftop pool was a total disappointment. Just a tiny pool with no space for deck chairs. And the gym is really basic. The rooms are okay, but the bathroom design is weird. The sink is outside the bathroom, which feels like a bit of a downgrade. I would recommend you fork out more cash and look elsewhere.
Basic hotel with mediocre facilities. Gym was basic but honestly sufficient to hit a full workout. Didn’t try out the pool, but it was rather small. Maybe change it to Jacuzzi could improve the hotel image. Service was okay, pretty decent and polite for this standard. In the lobby, theres free coffee machine from 6am to 6pm. So honestly this was the highlight of the stay. :) There was also amenities like toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, shaving kit etc upon request. During my stay, there was a blackout in the hotel, room’s AC, TV, Fridge and almost everything was out. Took about 2 to 3 hours for them to resume services. Honestly, could improve their reaction time and SOP. I tried using their tuktuk service from the main road back to the hotel, but it took them 15mins to respond back to me, but at this point, i’d rather walk. Overall, basic and okay hotel.
