I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were welcoming and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. My room was spotless, comfortable, and offered a breathtaking harbour view that made mornings and evenings magical. The location was perfect for sights
The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff at the reception were also very kind, which made my stay truly enjoyable. If I could mention one thing, the laundry room was a great feature, but it would be even better if the laundry fee could be a little lower. Overall, I had a wonderful time. Thank you very much!
When I first got there and was shown my room, it wasn't what I had booked. It was dark with no sunlight able to get past the buildings blocking the windows. I politely asked for a room with light and they delivered without a fuss. The new room was light, comfortable, clean and just beautiful 😍😍😍 The staff are helpful, friendly and kind. I do wish the TV was a little further away from the beds, but otherwise it was a wonderful stay. Thank you for everything
