citizenM Austin Downtown

I recently spent my 50th birthday in Austin and I am so glad I chose CitizenM as my stay. The place itself is gorgeous and very clean. It has a fun, artsy vibe with lots of interesting decor. The restaurant is open most of the day/night and the rooftop pool is a great addition. What really made our stay was the hospitality. What an amazing staff! The manager, Jordan, and his wonderful staff (Clem, Janeth, Tai, Lucas, to name a few) made this an incredible experience. Upon arrival, I was immediately greeted with birthday wishes. The staff noted this and went above and beyond the entire stay. Thank you all for such an amazing experience! I will definitely be considering CitizenM as a first option in my future travels!

The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The communal areas were equally impressive, with stylish decor and inviting spaces perfect for relaxing or socializing. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist, making the overall experience feel genuinely personalized. Additionally, the location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to key attractions, public transport, and dining options. Whether traveling for business or leisure, citizenM is a fantastic choice that combines luxury, comfort, and affordability. Highly recommended!

We stayed one night! The concept was very nice. I liked the floor with all the seating and games. It sucks that it doesn’t have its own parking garage and there’s no direct entrance into the hotel from the garage next to it. While our room was clean, one of the rooms had a plate of food outside when we checked in. It was still there when we checked out. Overall it was a nice place to stay but I wouldn’t came back with the kids.
