The hotel is in a perfect location, surrounded by everything you could need, ensuring there's something for everyone to enjoy. The rooms were spacious and very clean, with thoughtful touches like the iPad that controlled the lights, curtains, and more—definitely appreciated. The view from the room was also fantastic ensuring our wants were met. Throughout our stay, the staff were consistently friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile no matter the time of day. The only minor issue was that one of the elevators wasn't working properly, but the staff quickly resolved it by directing us to another that worked perfectly.

Can't complain with the view from the bedroom. I liked the extra features with the iPad controlled room for the blinds, lights etc. The bed was super comfy and absolutely huge! Slept well. The 24/7 cafeteria is a nice touch with plenty of food options available. A little pricey but a few lovely stay with plenty of social spaces.

Great location right near the Buchanan Bus Station and a less than 10 minute walk to Glasgow Queen Street Train Station. Lots of lounge space on the ground and first floor. Bonus 24/7 food and snacks (although don't expect the whole dinner/bar Menu to be available late). Staff were friendly, however disappointed with no information at the front desk about the lift being out of order during our stay and having to use the staff elevator (information could have easily been provided at check in). Rooms are ultra-modern and furniture is plastic and Ikea-like. If you are travelling as a couple or sharing a room, do not expect any privacy in the washroom. There are plastic, frosted walls - the toilet and shower is more like one large shower stall. Hotel uses an excessive amount of technology - everything in the room is controlled by an iPad - climate, TV lights, blinds, cleaning service requests. I personally do not want to wake up and screw around with how to turn the lights on and open the blinds on an iPad before my morning coffee (not to mention fumbling around trying to find my glasses to get myself sorted). Technology for the sake of technology. Breakfast is definitely not worth the 17 Pounds!!! I would suggest a short walk with much cheaper options. Breakfast is basically a continental buffet with some hot options and one tea or coffee. Bar is reasonably priced and comparable to other places nearby.
