This is one of the best hotels Ive ever stayed at! The room is controlled by an iPad that gives you a ton of control over how bright you want the lights, the colors, the shades, ect.. Beautiful and clean property with a ton of games to play for free and places to hangout with an inviting atmosphere combined with high tech. My husband and I had an amazing time! The staff was super sweet and helpful too! We are definitely staying here again when we are in town!

I’m so torn. First I would like to say that the staff were so kind. My favorite part was the blackout curtains. I’ve never seen such effective black out curtains before-amazing. It is modern and clean. The air conditioner didn’t really work. We put it on the lowest setting and we were struggling to feel comfortable in April. I was there with two small children. It doesn’t feel family friendly. The rooms are very small which would be great for a couple and definitely solo. They offered us the handicapped room after seeing the regular room (thank you) because it was larger. It was still fairly small. The ipad is how you control the room but ours totally glitched and we had to call the desk to reboot it. I wanted to LOVE this hotel and the experience because chances are we will be doing this adventure again soon. I liked it but I wanted to love it.

DO NOT TRUST THIS HOTEL — We Were Left Stranded at 2AM I made a confirmed reservation here and even called a few hours before arrival to double-check — staff assured me everything was fine. After driving over 2 hours, we arrived around 2 AM, exhausted, only to be told there were no rooms available. No warning, no call, no attempt to notify us or help us find a place. Everything in the area was booked, and we ended up stranded in the middle of the night, calling over 20 other hotels with no luck. The only thing they offered was a refund — as if that somehow makes up for the stress, time, gas, and being left without a place to sleep in a different city. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. If you value your safety, time, or peace of mind, do not book here — they may leave you out on the street.
