As a solo traveler on my last trip, I loved this hotel. My hotel room was on the small side, but it had everything I needed and more. It reminded me of watching sci-fi movies as a kid... It was the embodiment of an old movie makers belief of what the future of living spaces would look like. With all that said, the room was clean bed comfortable and the curtains & tv ran off an Ipad... Not a bad touch. The lobby of this hotel was the real winner, both modern and contemporary with comfortable seating and all the staff were friendly & helpful. I walked all over the downtown area and this hotel seemed to be a perfect location to be the perfect hub to make that easy to do. I walked around day and night and never had any issues, especially around the hotel, it was a quiet area while I was visiting. I will stay here again.

I stayed here for 3 nights by myself. The room was compact, but just right for one person. It's convenient to go anywhere, and there's a supermarket nearby. The staff were very kind to me, even though I'm not good at English. I forgot my key in the room when I went for a morning walk, but they helped me right away. The only thing I'd like to see improved is that there were almost no vegetables in the breakfast buffet. But it was a very pleasant stay! If I have the opportunity to visit Seattle again, I'd like to choose this hotel.

I loved staying at the CitizenM. I can confirm that it’s been the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Modern tech, sleek design and close to pretty much everything. From the self check-in process on the computer to checking out, everything went well. Our room was a little small but with all the great tech features for lighting and music, there’s nothing I can complain about. I would definitely stay here again and strongly recommend it.
