I work very close to the CM Noma Hotel... but live in VA. I am looking for a nice hotel in the area to stay at for some up coming concerts, and events. Well, I was walking on my lunch break and decided to stop in the hotel to see if is somewhere I would like to stay... I walk inside and it is sooooo pretty. The range of colors...and the layout of the lobby was adorable. I ask some guests how that liked it...and they said they loved their stay. Well, I kept walking and looking around, and I find myself at the customer service counter. Lovie, is who I spoke too. I tell her my intentions of coming in and she immediately smiles at me, and starts telling me everything about the hotel. SHE THEN SHOWS ME AROUND THE HOTEL..INCLUDING THE ROOMS!!! WOW!!!! I was so pleased at her kindness, knowledge, and outstanding communication, and wonderful customer service skills. Lovie is a gem! She is an asset to the company. She went above and beyond!!!! I LOVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, and Lovie gave it!!!!!!! Lovie did not know that I really needed her kindness today. Lovie did not know that I am a Army Veteran who has stay all over the world, at every type of hotel. Lovie did not know that I lovee original hotels and will pay big to stay where I am wanted. What Lovie did know, was someone was inquiring about the hotel she was working at..and that she was going to make sure I knew all the ends, and out of the hotel layout so I could make an informed decision and come back! Well Lovie you impressed me sooo much! I will be making a reservation very soon!!!! Not only for the events and concerts, but also for a staycation as you so wonderfully recommended. :) Ohhh and the General Manager I also spoke to was so gracious, and kind. THANK YOU ALL AGAIN FOR MAKING ME FEEL WELCOMED. I will be patronizing this establishment in the very near future!!! Keep winning at great customer service. Thanks again, Lovie!!!

I must say, I truly believe this was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff was amazing. I felt so welcomed from the time I entered the building. The check-in process was easy and fast. The rooms are on the smaller side, great for solo travelers or a couple. I will most definitely be back again and again. The best part is that this was the first hotel that did not charge a deposit. That's amazing.

Stayed here for the 4th of July weekend! The place is so cute and the service was amazing. Everyone who works at the hotel was friendly, helpful, and polite. I can’t recommend her name but the manager who has the dreads was the most wonderful human ever. 10/10 would recommend. Only con I have is the lack of French toast sticks on the breakfast 🤣🤣🤣
