An excellent hotel option in a great location. The rooms are just right when you are out all day exploring. Very comfortable bed, clean and fresh, fabulous shower. The staff are very helpful, friendly and welcoming. Good coffee and food too. Will definitely use Citizen M again.

I was going to stay Friday and Saturday night but canceled the second night due to the loud music coming from the dance club nearby. The bass is so loud you can feel it while sitting in the room. Apparently this happens every weekend. So, for the weekend, unless you yourself are a clubber, I would avoid. Other than that it’s a decent place to stay. Great location, friendly staff that were apologetic for the situation and refunded me for the second night without hesitation. The room is similar to other Citizens M I’ve stayed. (NYC Midtown and Bowery, and one in London.) The rooms are small but clean and great if you’re solo, not so much if your with your partner due to the way the bed is situated. One person has to climb over the other to get up in the middle of the night. The technology that Citizen M uses to control lighting, blinds, media and climate is now dated. This was cool a decade ago and needs to be updated. I agree with other comments that said the rooms were too warm and difficult to cool down. Good breakfast and a pleasant place to hang out.
