It was a pleasant stay at Citrus Hotel! The junior suite was amazing! Spacious with an aesthetic balcony. Staffs were nice and friendly. Even the location was in the center of the city made it accessible to the places we wanted to visit within Tbilisi.
One of the best hotels we stayed in Tbilisi. Easy check-in & check-out process. Assisted us with our requests. Gave us the best view in the hotel. The price is expensive compared to other hotels but really worth it. It is located few minutes from downtown. The police visibility in the area is high as well as government buildings are near the hotel. Indeed a good stay! ❤️✨
I booked 5 nights but left after only 2. The walls were so thin I could hear every word and laugh from the next room. Other neighbors would wake up very early, slamming doors and having loud conversations in the hallway. I even had to call reception at 1 AM to ask them to quiet the guests next door. Despite the sleepless nights, the hotel refused to refund me. Very disappointing experience
