Excellent Stay – Clean, Safe, and Great Value! I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, and the entire place felt safe and well-maintained. The pricing is very reasonable for the quality you get. A special thanks to Miss Moore – she was incredibly helpful throughout my stay. She speaks excellent English and is very knowledgeable, which made communication smooth and easy. Her support really added to the overall positive experience. Highly recommended!
I had a wonderful stay at Citrus Patong Hotel. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and has a beautiful and relaxing swimming pool that’s perfect for unwinding. What really made the experience special was the friendly and helpful staff—everyone was welcoming and kind. I especially want to thank Alice👩🏻💼👩🏻💼, who was incredibly sweet and professional. She went out of her way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again in the future! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This hotel is not very large, and its entrance and facade almost make it look like a restaurant, as it is located among many shops in a busy area of Patong’s prime street. The location is definitely convenient if you enjoy being in the heart of the city. When we checked in, we had to pay a deposit of 1,000 Thai Baht, which was expected. One of the things I liked was that the gym is accessible 24/7, but it is quite small and has only limited equipment. In fact, only two people can comfortably work out at a time. The gym is located next to the pool, which is nice for those who want to cool off after a workout. The rooms are on the smaller side, and the corridors feel a bit tight, but they provided all the amenities mentioned, except for the bar. A small but thoughtful touch was that they provided us with two umbrellas, which was really helpful given the unpredictable weather. The bathroom was quite compact, so it might feel a bit tight for some. Breakfast options were somewhat limited, but they did have a live egg counter where you could customize your omelet just the way you like it, which was a great touch. The staff was friendly, and I appreciated that the hotel operates 24/7. They provided two access cards—one for the room and another for the entrance gate—which was convenient. The receptionist was very polite and even offered a wake-up call for me in the morning. She was kind enough to call at 6 AM, though she missed it by about 14 minutes, but it was still a thoughtful gesture. Overall, this hotel is a good option if you’re looking for a stay in the heart of Patong with easy access to everything around. While the space is a bit tight, the service is friendly, and the facilities are well-maintained.
