Hotel has a great location, very close to the city center and state theater and casino. But that's the only good thing about it... 1) The hydraulic heating system in the room is sadly very loud. 2) I had no warm water in any of the faucets (sink, shower or bathtub). 3) The toilet seat was broken (pic beneath). 4) The reception was never occupied during the evening and there was also no way to connect them. 5) The bed sheets don't really smell fresh. 6) The sauna was supposed to be workin but guess what...? It wasn't! 7) They have a list with TV channels they suppose you can see, but almost for half of them there is no connection. Overall a bad experience and I wouldn't recommend it to others, unless you plan to spend the whole day outside and also shower somewhere else... Not worthy of 4 stars.

The WiFi cut out all the time. No air conditioning in the room. TV did not work. The drain in the shower was clogged up. There were dead pigeons on the balcony. The staff were rude. There was no car park and we had to pay 40 euros for two days worth of parking and on top of that we got a fine for parking somewhere we shouldn't have. P.S. Tthe drains smelt really bad.

Upon arrival, I was greeted with a lukewarm reception and an extended wait, as the staff seemed uninterested in assisting me promptly. The room I was allocated, despite my prior booking of a deluxe suite, was subpar and lacked the promised amenities. Furthermore, his requests for assistance and room service were met with delayed responses, and at times, completely ignored. Overall quality of service fell short of the hotel's reputed standards. My attempts to address these issues were met with indifference from the hotel management, leaving me feeling undervalued and frustrated. This lackluster service and disregard for guest satisfaction greatly diminished his overall experience at what was supposed to be a top-tier establishment.
