The pros include the pool, the air-conditioning, the breakfast, and the price. The cons include a lumpy bed, shoddy Wi-Fi, and bathroom leaks. This place is fine if you’re passing through, but don’t expect a good night’s sleep. Perhaps our room was an exception.

Impressive garden and swimming pool area however, the room, notably the bathroom, was not up to standard with the external view. For instance, the spacious bathroom had a tiny shower base and visible moulding between tiles. We are not saying spend money to refurbish them however, better quality cleaning service after people check out would definitely improve their status. The restaurant had mainly a full breakfast service that we enjoyed but had a light lunch service with cold dishes not good for the asked price. I'm not sure, we will ever come back.

My least favourite stay in Italy so far. Really disappointing. The room had hair of other people on bathroom floor, seemed dirty and grubby all around. Big blue bottle fly buzzing around my room. When I arrived the room smelt heavily scented but I soon realised why has a horrible drain smell. Tired, dated and dirty looking in all areas. As others have mentioned need to wear a cap for the pool (I didn't use it so can't comment further about the pool). Only plus is it's in a good location close to Ostuni. Breakfast was the only positive with a good selection.
