City Avenue Hotel Tbilisi is one of the best hotel choices in Tbilisi, connecting the lively Arab Street with its restaurants and cafes. The breakfast is excellent. The reception staff, especially Ms. Tako, are very friendly and always smiling. They provide the service you desire, and they encourage you to come back if you ever want to return to Tbilisi. Every time I visit Tbilisi, I book here, and this is my third time staying there. I highly recommend booking this hotel.
A very good hotel where we really enjoyed the heartfelt warming welcoming from the staff, especially the lady in the reception. She was so kind and nice 🙏🏻 We thank them for their nice hospitality and looking forward to visit them again.
The rooms are okay, but there are no tissues in the bathrooms, and the room cleaning is very bad they only arrange the bed cover. There are no toothbrushes or cotton swabs, just these simple essentials! Their breakfast is very bad; it feels like the food is old. I don’t know how this hotel has a four-star rating.
