The staff at this hotel are truly the best I’ve encountered in the Taksim area. They were warm, helpful, and genuinely supportive throughout my stay. I highly recommend staying here—not just for the convenient location, but for the exceptional kindness and hospitality of the team. Breakfast was also quite good. Special thanks to Hamid, Ali, Omut, and Faranak for making my experience so memorable.
I love this City people are friendly, nice, kind and openminded. This hotel is wonderful, clean and the employees are fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel for the trip in Istanbul. I hope everyone is well and safe cause of the earthquake. Take care 👍☺️
My mother went to this hotel and had a terrible experience, the hygiene in this hotel is nonexistent there was a bug on the cushion , the bed was covered in dust and hair , the walls where full of mold and even the fridge was rusty and didn't work. The whole room was incredibly tiny and claustrophobic. It was a bad experience all around and I would not recommend this place to no one.
