City Centre Motel

The receptionist i spoke with was super friendly and helpful, even gave us a room upgrade which was super nice. The room was very clean and tidy and what we needed. Such a great location in town also as it's very close by to bars/restaurants and the city centre. Would stay here again for sure!

This place is in a good location with the city centre only a short walk away On the plus side the room was a good size, the bed comfortable and the room and kitchen area were well kitted out. On the downside the whole place looks very tired and is in desperate need of a refurb and the communal landings could do with a good clean.

Sorry to say it but that's the worst one night accommodation experience during our two weeks holiday down Sth Island. The location is handy but nothing else: the room was very old fashion style and window latches are hard to reach unless you were born as a basketball player. The bathroom doesn't have proper ventilation (again you only rely on the high window which faces a working site and attracted lots of moisqutos at night and in the morning and all of us got bitten). Worst of all one of single bed given to us was clearly uncleaned and the bed sheet was ragged with some public hair on it, and after the night stay both wife and I got bitten by flea or bed bugs sort of insects. Anyway, not recommend to anyone.
