This hotel was absolutely above my expectations! The staff was very helpful, the pool was very clean, the area made for a great walk around the city center, and we especially valued the 1pm checkout time! This hotel was on top of our experiences while traveling through Mexico.
Nice little hotel close to almost everything, they have a sister hotel next, both owned by Marriott. There is a pool to use but you have to keep an eye on the hours, so you can enjoy it. The only complaint is that there was no ice and Tabasco in April is freaking hot, close to 41 celsius.
There were 4 people behind the desk helping one group decide if they wated to stay there or not while I had a reservation, had an early flight the next day, and waiting to check in. Other than that the rest of the experience was ok.
