This hotel is very close to the airport. 5-6 minutes drive. Across the street is the subway station. They have free airport shuttle but after 11 pm the service may not be available or may have longer gaps in between trips. The service desk is 24/7. Rooms are simple, but clean and neat. Two complementary water bottles welcome you in the room. There is a gym on the L floor. Breakfast is included. Has some hot options. Fruit. Continental part. Coffee machine. Basic but sufficient. Excellent and very reasonably priced hotel for a short stay in Bogota.
The shuttle is convenient and nice vehicles. It is overpriced for (Bogotá average)for very small rooms with no space or fridge. The staff is rude. When we called because the bathroom had a dirty towel from previous guest folded for us to use, the response was . You can come downstairs if you want a clean one. The check in process was similarly tasteless. You would hardly believe this is associated in any way to the Marriott name.
Shuttle works but always late.checkin and service is terrible. Don't ask for anything, it will not be suitable for the staff.... Thinking about coming early? Forget, Cha kin 3pm NO EXCEPTION! Staff is rud3. Find another place or avoid Bogota.
