Rooms are new, they are quite nice for price. The rooms are basic but are clean and comfortable. My main issue with the hotel is the parking. You have to enter the parking lot on the side of the building. You go up, then have to take an elevator down to first floor. Then, you have to figure out where to go from there. No signs or nothing. You finally end up seeing the logo of the hotel, come in, and take another elevator to the lobby of the hotel in who knows what floor. It's quite confusing.

Customer service was good to perfect. Depending who. The only complaint regarding employees was the downstairs security, distracted caught many times loudly making personal calls, dirty. My main complaint is dirtiness ! All common areas are dusty, dirty and with some sort of rubbish everywhere( dust, candy wrappers, little papers), this is caused by clients but is unacceptable to be left unattended for a full day on the hotel side.

Don't like to give bad reviews, but I see that others share our poor experience. 4 of us were in town for 3 days on a business trip. Upon entering room, roach🪳was on the wall which we immediately squashed with a tissue and gave to the room cleaner outside in the hallway. Counter tops had sticky residue, pillow was stained with red fluid. No doors for sink/shower area and semitransparent glass for shower and toilet. Shower glass is not caulked and leaks profusely onto the exterior floor. The sink is flat, no bowl, with water splashing throughout. Cannot rinse a face towel in a sanitary manner. Beds were rock hard. Sharing a double on a business trip is not possible if any semblance of privacy is expected. Gym was locked as multiple guests waited for entry as no one's room key provided access. The bathrooms next to the gym were locked. The breakfast included was meager, but the fruit was good (all Mexican fruit is usually good). The coffee was inedible, almost clear. Overpriced for the location, service and cleanliness. Seems like this place was not ready to open. Carlos and Ana both offered no resolutions and could only shrug their shoulders in agreement that this property was substandard and poorly designed. Wall mirror faces doorless sink/shower area. More a hostel than even an econo-lodge. Definitely not up to Marriott standards.
