This is the only Marriott where I have seen such small rooms, no wardrobes, no room slippers, no dental kit nothing provided. I am not sure if it's something to do with Mexico or in general hotels of Marriott category are of this style. You don't have a kettle nor coffee sachets as nothing is there. To me this Marriott looks like a 2 star hotel.
If you make your reservation online you end up saving about 400 pesos, I made my reservation in front of the lady at the counter, and she was not too happy with that but she would have done the same in my place, in the shower you will NOT get warm water, you either get Cold water or burning Hot water, good way to save H2O, the AC does work but the temperature control, does NOT so if you want cold Air, you will get cold air until you turn it off.!! Will not come back to that place, it is surrounded by many other hotels anyway.
The hotel itself was really nice and well kept. When I visited we asked for an extra bed. It was a convertible couch and it was quite awful. You just felt the hard springs and they didn't even put a full set of bedsheets, just the mattress cover and a very rough blanket.
