⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an exceptional stay at City Garden! From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff welcomed me with warm smiles and efficient service, making check-in a breeze. My room was spotless, cozy, and well-maintained, thanks to the attentive room service team who ensured everything I needed was provided promptly. I also felt very safe and secure throughout my stay, with the security team especially sir Omar,Gerald, & Jon,being consistently polite, alert, and professional. The highlight of my visit was dining at the Bistro Restaurant—the food was superb, beautifully presented, and the staff were courteous and attentive. Every detail here is top-notch. I’ll definitely be coming back!
We had a great time during our stay in the City Garden Hotel. The rooms are clean and the staff are super attentive and friendly. Great value! Special thanks to the valet service Francis, Omar and Marcelo. You guys are great!
The hotel is very practical and well located. I got the better rooms this time (last time has no windows), although I paid a little premium for that, but its worth it. Special mention to Michael, Francis and Gerald for their friendly service.
