I stayed in a large room with a beautiful view of trees and a lot of sunlight. It was quiet, air conditioned and pleasant. The staff was uniformly friendly. If anything could be improved it would be the breakfast, which was fine, but had no hot options like an omelette or fried eggs.
I had a fantastic stay at the City Garden Hotel in Zug. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when I had a slight medical issue—they went above and beyond. The rooms were clean, functional, and very modern. The breakfast was decent, and overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend for business travel given the location to the train station as well.
I stayed in a junior suite, and it had beautiful full length windows overlooking a quiet street with lots of trees. The room was large and pleasant to be in.
