City Hotel Aschaffenburg

I’ve lived in Germany for almost 2 years now and I stayed here just to relax. This stay far exceeded all my expectations. The customer service is unparalleled and it’s the best experience I’ve ever had with reception. They were able to speak English, but were patient with me and helped me practice my German. The room was immaculate, and coming from America the air conditioning was probably my favorite part! 😆 I can’t wait to visit again and I’ll be referring all of my friends and family that come to visit, especially since this hotel is right beside the main transportation hub, and it’s surrounded by incredible food and shopping!

This hotel in Aschaffenburg/Bavaria is very centrally located, almost opposite the Main Railway Station. However, none of the traffic noise was audible in the room, which was quiet, clean, and spacious. The room had free wifi, TV, phone, coffee/tea facilities, a mini bar, free bottled water, and the usual bathroom amenities. Another nice feature was the access to a big outdoor veranda. The check-in was efficient, friendly, quick, and uncomplicated. The staff were very approachable, supportive, and customer focused. The breakfast buffet on offer was fresh and tasty, with a good choice of nice things available.

Hotel was clean and had everything I needed. Small, basic room. No gym. Parking just over the street. Staff very nice.
