Great hotel and excellent service, good breakfast buffet, plenty of parking

We stayed there because it was near an event we attended. It was a nice place and I wish I had had enough time to check out the spa area. All I can really say: spacious room, everything kept up well, big bathtub (if you're into that). We were both very content with the breakfast. One slight criticism; the lady who checked us out wasn't the friendliest - everyone else we had contact with was great.

I would say it’s average. Fairly clean, meanwhile very old. Distance between lobby and your room is quite a journey specially when you have a baby carriage. The place is not baby or toddler friendly. There are no ramp for carriage. You must use elevator directly to garage-parking area and go to Lobby or if you want to go out because with baby carriage not possible from main entrances. Staff are helpful and friendly as far as I interacted with them. Rooms are also not suitable for your baby carriage. Very small and tight entrance. You can see from the floor plan I posted to choose the right room if you are coming with many luggages and kids. Parking: There is a huge underground parking easy access and very safe with pleasant music 😄. Pillows are not good either bring your own pillow or ask for more because the pillows are very flat. I already got neck pain.😖. There is small playground for kids which is nice. In general I give 4 star because there are still tons of improvements should be done to get 5 start from me.
