City Hotel Fortuna Reutlingen

Good hotel, with great service. When I arrived everything was prepared with great speaking language, was really astonished. Nice city with lots of things to see, nice city iinij safe and calm area

I stayed in this hotel for three weeks in a business trip. Room was clean and quiet warm, however a bit dark. Breakfast is good, specially the scrambled eggs! The hotel has also a small free parking and a paid parking. The location is very good. Very close to the center of the city and with great restaurants less than 5min walking. Overall, the experience was good.

My overall stay was good. My room was very spacious and clean. I found the staff at the restaurant to be very accommodating because they provided me with gluten free bread upon request so I found them helpful and kind. However I was extremely disappointed by the fact that I had my expensive pyjamas stolen from my room and nothing was done about it, despite me making the manager aware, they insisted they had searched for my stolen item but couldn't find it. Unfortunately they offered me no sincere apology nor compensation, hence my disappointment. Also I purposely hanged my towel, along with my pyjamas in the bathroom because the towel didn't need washing (the hotel has an ecological policy and I wished to save energy), but it was washed anyway. Therefore please do not bring expensive items to this hotel, if you do, it's at your own risk. FYI I'm still waiting a response to my complaint despite checking out on 3 September 2023.
