Stayed in the most basic room and it had plenty of space for 2 people and 2 suitcases! View of Arnhem Centraal station. Fridge in the room was great. Bathroom was large and had a bathtub/shower combo. Perfume smell in the hallways is very strong but not in the rooms.

Amazing hotel. Stayed here with my partner for one night, in a superior room. Room felt a little outdated with the carpet but was big and so was the bathroom. No noise from outside at all either despite being in the city centre. The staff was super friendly. Breakfast was simply amazing and my personal highlight; loved the blueberry pancakes and the salmon and fresh warm bread. We are 100% staying here again when we visit the area!

One of my worst hotel experiences so far and I travel approx 100 days per week for work. To call this a five star experience is simply fraudulent. To start, the rooms are tiny, the bed lights did not work and the hotel has a single elevator for rooms, as well as everything else. The „spa“ is cute but the hot tub outside was dirty, there’s no one staffing the Spa and the roof top bar is directly above the Spa. This leads to not only not very relaxing noise, but the rooftop guest are looking directly into the hot tub. Last but not least, the cafe that is adjunct to the spa closed 45 mins early (because they had a fun dinner at night with colleagues)! When you arrive at night back to the hotel, you find a paper on the door to call a number to let you in😮 A five star hotel! On one of the most expensive hotel rate nights (due to a concert)! You cannot have someone man the door or check the camera! And to top of everything, the parking can’t be reserved and the staff doesn’t answer to emails. I am seriously flabbergasted about this place, its reviews and the service. I will say that the location is positive but I would NEVER again book this place. Edit - I corrected from 2 to 3 stars as the frontline staff (tall dark hair young gentleman reacted fantastically to the feedback). Doesn’t change the experience but makes a difference
