I liked my stay here, very good central hotel. Service kind. For some reason a plastic bottle was stuck in the gutter in front of my window.
Brilliant hotel, We arrived late as it took long to get to the hotel from the airport but the man at the reception checked us in at 2am anyways. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are quite warm. There's old and upper class decor and craftsmanship throughout the hotel as its quite an old building. The rooms are very nice, big and tall and have great beds and amenities. Tea and coffee and a kettle. The bathroom is lovely and clean and the bedside light switch makes sleeping very convenient. Theres free WiFi and a tv with free view satellite channels.
The hotel is alright and I really appreciated the friendly staff. However, before booking, I would recommend you check the location. I know this is in no way for the hotel to influence this but the surroundings are very messy, and noisy (we were woken up twice a night by people screaming in the streets). I didn't feel safe being out there after dark. Fortunately, it is very close to the train station so you don't have to stay out for too long if you don't want to.
