It is absolutely fine. Friendly staff good breakfast clean rooms. Service and housekeeping are also more than appropriate
I would rate this as a minus 3 star hotel not 4. The room is good and the location is great. It was noisy but there's nothing they can do about that- after all the location has to have its compromises. Staff is fine although they could be a bit more friendly. The breakfast- very very poor for a 4 star hotel. Not good at all. I read the other review and even this has been raised 10 years ago, still, the managment has done nothing to improve this. I also asked for an iron on first evening and was told that they couldn't provide one at that time of the day. Instead i was told to request the iron early in the morning when the housekeeper is here. What is this??? Every hotel provides iron at anytime but not this one apparently. I needed to go out and couldn't iron my clothes-a real disappointment. Is not a cheap hotel and definitely should be able to provide this at anytime. Sorry but not very happy customer here.
Very nice staff. Rooms are big enough, clean and quiet during the night. The structure is a bit old but overall it's recommended
