A centrally - located hotel with clean and comfortable rooms, great prices and high quality service, rooms were tidied every day and linen was refreshed when needed. A special thanks to Konrad from reception for his cheerful and professional attitude!
Nice hotel but what really stood out was when Thomas went above and beyond to help me out at like 4am. Mega friendly guy and put more effort than necessary.
We made a reservation at this hotel through Hotels.com with the reservation number 73114644761259. Since we couldn't get a visa appointment, we wanted to cancel the reservation. Even though there were still two months left until our check-in date, our cancellation request was rejected, and we were left in a difficult situation. Despite the fact that they could have rebooked the rooms at a higher price after our cancellation, they forced us to pay for a stay we won't be able to make. This shows that they are a business focused solely on money. I would recommend thinking twice before booking.
