Very well organized hotel! Quick 10 minute shuttle service from/to the airport which runs every 30 minutes. Amazing friendly and welcoming staff across all departments. Rooms super comfortable and clean. Nice executive lounge which great selection of drinks and snacks. Swimming pool a bit small and not that many stairs/beds but clean and comfortable. Breakfast offering is amazing as well! Highly recommend!
Had a great stay at the Hilton Madrid Airport. Everything was excellent—from the service to the amenities. The food was a highlight, with breakfast, lunch, and dinner all included and absolutely delicious. The only issue was a group of unsupervised kids running around the second floor, which disrupted the otherwise relaxing atmosphere. While not necessarily the hotel's fault, I do think a bit more oversight would’ve helped. Overall, a very good experience and I’d definitely stay again.
Whilst I appreciate reviews are subjective and different people will have different opinions, for what we paid the experience just simply wasn’t good enough, especially for such a well-known brand as Hilton. We stayed for a concert at the nearby Metropolitano stadium, so the location being near the airport and the stadium was excellent. There is a free shuttle to and from the airport which is a nice touch. On arrival the reception staff were friendly and helpful to an extent. We asked the best way to get into the city centre and were told the hotel could arrange a taxi for €30 one way. However, there was no mention at all of a metro station a 10-15 minute walk away that was more like €1 into the city centre (I found it on Google). The room itself was okay but the level of cleanliness was not acceptable. Every flat surface was covered in dust, the floor had lots of very visible bits/dirt on it, especially behind the chair, which suggested lazy/rushed cleaning. I will say the bed was very large and comfortable, so we slept fairly well. However, the air conditioning was very poor. You had to have it on full power to cool the room even a bit, in which case it was too loud to sleep, or turn it down slightly in which case it didn’t cool the room at all. This was an issue when it was 40°C outside, so the room was very warm overnight. The room was quiet given it was by a busy main road, and the blackout curtains certainly did their job. Breakfast was okay without being exceptional. There was a very good variety of options with fruit, pastries, meats, cheeses and hot options like eggs, bacon and hash browns, but none of it wowed me. The highlight was the omelette station where they were made fresh to order and were very good. Overall I can’t recommend it at the price point we paid - aside from location and a very comfortable bed, I expect much better for what we paid (€350 for two nights), so either it needs improvement or the prices need to reduce.
