I stayed there (Lagårdsveien 13, opposite to Police station). Location was very nice, near to city center. Bus stop is just in front of City housing. Hospitality was excellent!! all staff members are very supportive, I always got quick response. I would always recommend this service apartment to stay in Stavanger.
City Housing Lagårdsveien 115 Stavanger More sizes of apartments. Comfortable large bed. Well equiped kitchen: coffe machine, electric oven. No blender or mixer. Rooms are cleaned weekly. Washing machines in common area. Free tea and coffee at 3rd floor. Open terrace at 4th floor. There is a room with TV and sofas but that is usually closed. Helpful employees.
Good location, close to center, bus stop just in front. When using Flybussen from airport exit at Park Inn hotel just after Police station and go back to that station. CH is located opposite of Police station. Minus - my apartment was with windows to main street... noice and smell is not something what you like. Rest was fine.
