I had a truly exceptional stay at City Joy Hotel in Belgrade. From the moment I arrived, everything was perfectly arranged for comfort and convenience. The hotel is beautifully maintained, offering a cozy, modern atmosphere with stylish decor and spotlessly clean rooms. The location is ideal — close to the city center, yet peaceful enough for a relaxing night’s sleep.What truly made my stay unforgettable was the outstanding service, especially from Stefan, the receptionist. He was incredibly welcoming, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Whether it was offering local recommendations, helping with directions, or simply greeting me with a warm smile, Stefan made me feel truly valued as a guest. His dedication and attention to detail reflect the high standards of the hotel.I highly recommend City Joy Hotel to anyone visiting Belgrade — it’s a gem, and Stefan is a true asset to their team!

Stayed at The City Joy Hotel for 5 nights and could not fault it at all. The Hotel is clean and the reception staff are so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them, making restaurant reservation or booking taxi's. The hotel is situated on the 3rd floor but there is a lift that you can take along with your suitcases. The Air-Con in the room was a god send as the weather was nice and warm. Would definitely stay in this hotel again and recommend to anyone who asked.

I stayed in this place for 3 nights. While the location is convenient, and the air conditioning worked well. Some of the facilities are poorly maintained. For example, the bedsheets had hair and dirt, and the ledge was broken. One thing to consider before booking in is that the gym and pool are located on different floors, and you have to pay extra to use them. One incident that really bothered me was during checkout. A staff member mistakenly charged me for a whiskey from the minibar, which I had not consumed. When I pointed this out, she admitted the error but said she couldn’t process a refund because she didn’t know the POS machine password before 7 AM. She assured me that someone working later would handle it. Despite multiple emails in over a month so far, where they promised to process the refund, I still haven’t received my money. Although I found the staff pleasant during my stay, the follow-up service has been very disappointing.
