City Lodge Hotel Eastgate

Had an excellent stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was large and spotless. We had a coffee machine and an endless supply of pods in our room. Spacious shower and aircon so room was very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing with plenty of options and really kicked started the day. Will definitely return.

In a Quite area. friendly helpful staff at all times. Buffet Breakfast awesome. Lunch & dinner also great depending what you order from the menu. Bird life in area is fantastic and so interesting watching all the different species getting along and sharing the hugh space outside the fenced in Hotel. Gardens are BEAUTIFUL, pool sparkling and everything very private. There's a gym too. Well done My daughter & I enjoyed our stay for 6 nights.

We booked this accommodation for our senior management team, expecting a high standard of service in line with the property’s advertised quality. Unfortunately, their experience was deeply disappointing. The location is quite remote, with limited access to nearby restaurants, so the team decided to dine at the on-site restaurant. Despite placing their orders early in the evening, they were left waiting over two hours for their meals. When the food finally arrived, it was poorly prepared, lacked freshness, and did not meet even basic expectations for quality. This level of service is unacceptable, especially for business travelers who rely on efficiency and professionalism. The experience not only disrupted their evening but also reflected very poorly on your establishment. We expected far better and will be reconsidering any future bookings with this property.
