Our flight was delayed due to the Iran–Israel tensions, and—having already checked out of our previous hotel—we suddenly needed new accommodation. This hotel was the perfect find. Special thanks to the owner for welcoming us with flexible check-in and check-out times. The on-site chef was absolutely lovely, and the receptionist and gate guard were helpful. The rooms are spacious, and the property’s calming atmosphere was exactly what we needed in such a stressful moment.

Overall very good value for money if you are looking for family apartment with kitchen compared to Nizami St. Pros: - Room is spacious with big hall and bedroom. - Rooms are well heated and insulated, we didn't felt cold event though outside temperature is around 6 & raining - Kitchen is well stocked. Room was cleaned daily - Hotel has a garden with fountain and small pool with fishes. - Staff is helpful and supportive. - Hotel reception has provided all required information, arranged late check in & check out and helped with booking Baku tours as well. - Breakfast is good. Vegetarian options are provided on request. Cons: It is a bit far from main tourist locations but easily reachable via taxi.

Very homely atmosphere. Loved the chef and the ambience and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
