I really wanted to take the time to provide a review for Nobu Hotel in Manila because not only did I have a wonderful stay, the room was beautiful and clean as always. This is the second time I’ve stayed here and I’m never disappointed. The pool and amenities are also really good and more importantly the service. I am particularly grateful to the staff at Nobu, who ensured I was able to get my iPad back that I had left at the room at check out. They kept it safe and the security process they have put in place to ensure that the iPad is collected by the right owner. Thank you so very much to the staff at Nobu, I honestly thought I would never get the iPad back and thought I should just accept my fate that it’s gone for good. This is another reason I want to highly recommend Nobu Hotel to anyone visiting Manila. I’ve stayed a couple of times now and will not hesitate to rebook time and time again.

Our stay at Nobu City of Dreams was by far the most disorganized and frustrating experience we've had across all Nobu properties. Due to the cyclone, we extended our original booking (July 24-25) with an additional stay (July 21-24). At check-in, we were charged an extra $360 AUD mistaken for a request to upgrade to premier, instead of our request to merge the two bookings, only to be then told the next day that it was “resolved” and we just needed to sign a form- to then be informed the following day that payment was still due and our checkout hadn't been updated. For a five-star hotel, and speaking to 4 different staff, for this basic request, this level of miscommunication and incompetence is unacceptable. What should have been a simple adjustment turned into days of stress. An embarrassing performance for a brand at this caliber. The two star for service was for the cleaners of our room who provided impeccable service for us, thank you to them!

The room that I got smells like there's a corpse prior, it's just strong and I requested to change room but front desk said they're fully book and there's no room that i can transfer. Since I have no choice, i requested for electric air purifier. It slightly worked somehow. Front desk staff are laughing, so rude. Next time I will get their names.
