City Park Hotel Baku

We recently stayed at this hotel in Dec 2024 for four nights, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. From the moment we arrived, the Reception team gave us a warm and welcoming greeting, making us feel truly valued as guests. A special thanks to Mr. Rafiq, who went above and beyond with his friendly support and assistance throughout our stay. The breakfast at the restaurant was excellent, offering a great variety of delicious options to start the day on a good note. However, one area that needs improvement is the reception space—it is too small to accommodate the large number of guests during peak hours. Expanding the reception area would greatly enhance the check-in and check-out experience. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciate the hospitality, but an upgrade to the reception space would make the experience even better.

Excellent breakfast menu, also the location is quite convenient as you have a supermarket adjacent to the hotel. However, a small suggestion, management need to work out on the maintenance part like electric plugs, and toilet accessories were broken and not fixed throughout our entire week stay.

Only the location is excellent The rooms curtains is broken The room window is not closing and the days we stayed was windy and you can’t believe the disturbing sounds all the dates and night and when I called they said all the hotel like this !!!excuse me The hotel is without a lobby and a place to set and have coffee or snacks. Finally the breakfast is very very every limited The place is very small to serve all the guests .
