Would absolutely avoid this hotel charged us £140 over a cheap net curtain that fell down due to been put up poorly and got torn, (yes it was our mistake and we was happy to pay the money) but these people harassed us atleast 8/9 times walking past the reception desk, spoke to the manager about it and he had no clue! Moschito infestation in our room where they knew our 6 month old baby was staying. Absolute joke would avoid at all costs

PLEASE read I know it’s a lot. 7 days all inclusive, just got back home. I have never had to write a negative review about a hotel, but people need to be aware of this hotel. From arriving to leaving we did not enjoy our stay. On arrival we didn’t get to the hotel til 3:30am our flights and transfers were both delayed, when we got there we walked up to the reception, there was a young man behind the desk, we was not greeted with an hello or welcome, did not get offered a drink or snack, we checked in and walked away from the desk with no information regarding the all inclusive times or anything about the hotel, didn’t know where the restaurant was to eat or bar etc. The rooms are modern and we had a lovely view. The bathroom smelt like sewage all holiday and there was multiple flys in the bathroom, shower water smelt really strong of iron/blood. The food- we ate at the hotel twice, and that was the first day, the food was cold and there was flys on the cold food, I went to get some cheese and two flys flew out from it, there was flys in the deserts We ate out after this. One night me and my partner and friend went out for a meal, we went to a bar and ordered three drinks £19, my partner stayed there to drink his drink while me and friend went to look at a few shops, I accidentally left my partner with no cash, none of us had data on our phones, he was asked to pay the bill he explained that I had the money/ card. My partner was escorted back to city point hotel by two men the manger at city point was there and he let the two strangers look through our rooms and draws for money !!!! My wedding ring and other personal processions was in my room, luckily they was in the safe. My partner had his phone took off him, he explained to the manager that he has a heart condition and needs his phone, all this over £19!!! The next night I woke to someone trying to get into our room, I put the light on and they ran, I went down to the reception the next morning and the manager to look at the CCTV, he said they came back last night from the bar for their £19, I had all intentions to pay this £19 it was a mistake on my behalf for leaving my partner with no money. Our flight home was a late one, there is no shower available to freshen up once you have checked out that’s it, on check out again we did not get a goodbye or thank you. Please avoid this hotel at all cost, this is not a 5 star and I would not like anyone to go through what we have been through.

Overall the rooms and interior looked good… but that’s it. This was our first and most definitely last time visiting this hotel. We were there for 5 days and there was no hot or even slightly warm water, even though we were promised that on the second day there will be hot water. Service was an absolute nightmare - rude and inattentive staff, most of the staff members could barely speak English or any other language different than Turkish… but that was the least of our concerns, when we had a request we only received the answer ‘Finish’ or ‘No’. On top of that, the restaurant capacity was inefficient, to say the least… there were people eating their lunch and dinner in the hotel lobby bar or at the reception, because the restaurant could not fit everyone. Food was somewhat good, but barely enough for the guests. On New Year’s Eve the service was slow and the food that was served were the leftovers from previous days (leftovers, that were not consumed the previous days for a reason!). Our bathroom sink was clogged and no one did anything about it. This was the first time I’ve seen an all inclusive bar close at midnight and the staff was rejecting to serve the guests. The services at the SPA were good, BUT the temperature was so low, that most of the people coming out of the sauna or other amenities got cold and sick. Overall, a very negative experience.
