If you’re looking for a place to stay, I would not recommend this one – especially if you’re arriving in the evening. We had a reservation for early May and arrived at night, but the access code to the room didn’t work. There was absolutely no support – no one answered the phone or responded via booking.com. We ran into other guests who had been waiting with the same issue for hours. A resident in the building mentioned that another guest had experienced the same thing just days earlier. This all happened around 8–9 PM. We had already found another hotel and were ready to leave when the woman we had met earlier returned and said she had managed to contact the management. They told her how to open our room – without contacting us at all. They had no way of knowing what she would do with that information. Luckily, she was kind and helped us get in. The room itself was basic but decent for the price. Don’t expect “city views,” but it was quiet. However, you can hear clearly when other guests try to enter their rooms. The location is convenient – close to public transport, restaurants, shops, and about a 20-minute walk from some city landmarks. They only reached out the next morning around 9 AM to apologize. After more than 12 hours of no communication, that is simply unacceptable. They also never changed the access code, even though it had been shared with another guest – which is a serious security concern. Overall, this was my first experience with self check-in, and it felt like a horror show in terms of customer service. Also, there’s no option to leave your luggage in advance, which was an added inconvenience.
The hotel rooms were ok, but small. The door was horrible, the light went tough from the corriror to our room including lot of noise, I wasn't able to sleep properly. Also the quality of the pillow wasn't really statisfying. The city is okey, it's pretty clear. There are lot of bars and shops around. If you are travelling and want a cheap room, it's a good choise.
The facility has very good reviews and there was no indication of what we would find after check-in. A room with a "window" on three walls to the inside of the building, in front of the bed there is a window from the corridor where other guests go. During the conversation with the representative of the facility, nothing could be determined, he claims that there is no other room available. None of the photos show what this room looks like, each room in the photo in the advertisement has a normal window. It turns out that you have to keep the curtains closed all the time in the room, because anyone passing through the corridor can look inside. It is scandalous how you can offer such a room and yet blatantly not show it in the advertisement. I do not recommend to anyone. “Booking.com” tried to help they want to refund us only 44 € (we paid 220€). The facility refuse to refund anything, we wouldn't have received anything if not booking.com. They said the room “fits” the standard that is shown on the website which is funny because to me NORMAL window is the standard. Picture and videos show the view from the room and from the corridor. The approach to the customer is terrible
